VINO 2010 - Italian Wine Week

A two week promotion that will take place this January 28th through February 10th, 2010 in select Manhattan restaurants and wine shops. During this time, Salumeria Rosi will highlight the Wines of Tuscany.

We are featuring a minimum of 3 different brands of wine Tuscany which are provided by participating Italian producers and their corresponding importers.

As part of the event, our own Chef Cesare and his sous chef, Aaron Oster, have been invited to prepare a special dinner at the Waldorf Astoria to highlight the flavors of Tuscany.
