The menus of Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto are not as complicated as may seem at first sight.
There are two main menus - available both for lunch and dinner - they comprise "Assaggi" (tastings), to allow everyone to taste a large number of products and live the spirit of Tuscan flavours to the fullest.
To start, the Assaggi di Salumi Menu is introduced, with the list and description of all freshly sliced salumi. Each product can be chosen individually or guests can choose the Selezione del Salumiere, available in different sizes, with a vast selection of salumi chosen by the salumiere in person.
After sampling some of the finest salumi, you can let yourself be tempted by the Assaggi della Cucina Menu: an ever-changing choice of salads, soups and hot dishes. These are served in tapas style portions, allowing guests to try a large variety of true Tuscan specialities. To conclude - or even to begin - a meal, you could have a look at the Menu di Dolci and Menu di Formaggi, a selection of fine cheeses made from cow, sheep, goat and occasionally buffalo milk. Each cheese is served with a house side-order, and as with the salumi, may be ordered individually or as a selection. The Menu di Dolci includes delicacies to satisfy even the most fervent gourmands. All of the desserts are made in house by our pastry chef.
As the dishes are made with the finest ingredients, some specialities on the menu are seasonal. The staff are on hand to describe the list of dishes of the day.
A voyage into discovery of new flavours and sensations. Salumeria Rosi offers a culinary adventure which you won't find anywhere else in New York.
